67% of the surveyed people from the federal state capital cities: Vienna, St. Poelten, Linz, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Graz recognize the name GRANDER and 35% of the questioned people automatically associate the term "water revitalisation" with GRANDER.
Even 2 out of 3 young people know the term "water revitalisation" and connect it with a positive effect, just like all the others polled.
Water revitalisation is considered important by all the groups (men and women of all age groups) and in all the federal states of this random sampling, with the exception of Vienna: 87% are convinced of the effects of water revitalisation and almost 60% place considerable value on water revitalisation today.
72% of the surveyed people associate GRANDER with high quality water and an improvement of water quality, and connect such characteristics as:
- good water
- tastes good
- easy to drink
- tastes fresh
directly with GRANDER.
The most popular application areas for GRANDER that were mentioned in the survey are: drinking water, household and wellness facilities.
In the eyes of the surveyed people GRANDER shows high competence and likeability, however could be more active in advertising and information distribution. The new, free-of-charge GRANDER app with its drinking manager function is not yet know by a lot of people.
