From champagne truffels to buttered breads, one can find delicious treats for everybody's taste. Swiss specialites such as the finest "Butterzoepfe, St. Galler Handbuurli, Kirsch-Amaretti and Thurgauerli mit Herz" are just some of the hand-made treats offered by the Mohn Bakery.
The products are as natural as can be, the wheat comes from the Kemmen Valley from Knospe certified farners. It was only a matter of time before Roger Mohn installed a Grander water revitalisation.
"Since implementing GRANDER we have been working with light, silky doughs, the baking products and pastries have a more intense flavour, and there is a more homogenous and softer glace on our products too," reports Roger Mohn. Curious questions from customers are inevitable, to which our employees explain and talk about the use of the water revitalisation. One piece of advice from the Swiss master baker:
"The fascination with water, in particular with GRANDER, is something everyone should experience."
This family-run business has won 6 gold medals at the Swiss Bakery Trophy 2012 event. That was more than any other bakery in all of Switzerland. Congratulations.
