Since 1994 GRANDER Water Revitalisation has been used in the butcher shop, restaurant and in their private home. Based on the experiences made during this time, it was clear that the company CEPOSA Antipasti & Olives needed to install the GRANDER Water Revitalisation Technology.
The benefits of the GRANDER Water Revitalisation were quickly accounted for. In the hygiene sluice, the cleaning agents for hand washing could be reduced by 30%. The removal of dirt in the production was overall easier and savings of 20 - 25% were calculated for cleaning substances. Apart from that, the quality of products (taste and shelf life) were increased.
