The Bachmann Confectionery is a specialist and leader in the production of bakery, pastry and confectionery specialties in the premium area, as well as offering unique cakes and Apéro delights to their visitors.

The market-leading bakery - confectionery located in central Switzerland is an advanced and innovative family-run business with a 120-year-old tradition and a strong sense of quality maintained over this time. This beautiful craftsmanship has been their passion for four generations.

According to old tradition and with traditional recipes, combined with the latest technology, more than 500 different products are produced fresh daily in our bakery situated in the heart of Lucerne. Wherever possible, the ingredients for these products are from the region. More than 478 employees are busy at work whether it is in the bakery, administration, delivery or the 19 specialist shops.
